Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with nice touches in the rooms, though they seemed clean but not deep cleaned. The new bathroom was a great addition. The receptionist went above and beyond to arrange a taxi for us even after her shift ended, though she needed manager authorization to do so. The location in Jesmond was lovely, near the Metro for easy access to the City Centre. The dining options were a bit limited to a continental breakfast, unfortunately. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service and a convenient location.
This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are spacious and offer exceptional value for money. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, and the location is just perfect for exploring the city. However, the dining options are somewhat limited, and the noise from nearby bars can be bothersome at times.
The hotel is wonderfully located near the City Centre via the Metro, situated in a very pleasant neighborhood of West Jesmond. The rooms were clean but not deep cleaned; however, they were still comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially when the receptionist went beyond her shift to assist us. The dining experience offered continental options but could be more varied. The location is superb for exploring the city with easy Metro access. Rates are fair, considering the value.
The hotel is situated between two lively bars, making it a vibrant spot with easy access to entertainment options. The rooms are spacious with controllable heating, but music from the bar could be heard at times. The service was attentive and the Thai food at the restaurant was exceptional. The location is near the city center, offering a mix of convenience and lively surroundings. Although the dining options were limited to continental cuisine, the overall value for money was good.
The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood of West Jesmond, between two bars and just a short metro ride away from the City Centre. The rooms are clean and in good condition, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The dining options are limited, but the service compensates for it. Overall, a great value for money stay in a convenient location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice, but the outdoor wide screen televisions could be loud until late at night. The service was excellent, especially from the receptionist who helped us get a taxi after her shift ended. The location was convenient, close to the Metro for easy access to Newcastle city center. However, being on top of a pub made it quite noisy at times.
The hotel is conveniently located near vibrant bars and the city center via the Metro, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are well-maintained with impressive double walk-in showers and a nice temperature. The service is top-notch, from the obliging receptionists to the efficient and friendly restaurant staff. The dining options cater well to vegetarians, but the continental breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
